A Pulverized coal stove is composed of pulverized coal conveying system, burner, combustion chamber, air mixing chamber and thermal control system. The combustion chamber of the furnace body is composed of firebrick, insulation layer and steel shell. The structure has vertical or horizontal form. A spiral sandwich air mixing plate is arranged between the combustion inner cylinder and the shell. The Hot air temperature of hot blast stove can be adjusted by adjusting the amount of coal and cold air. The hot air is heated by negative pressure flow, and the flue gas outlet of the mixed air chamber of the hot blast stove is connected to the heating equipment. The furnace body is also equipped with access port, observation hole, self-unloading explosion-proof valve, pressure measurement, temperature measurement point and other ancillary equipment.
1. Hot blast stove adopts a double-layer hollow cavity expansion structure, which is mainly used for diffusion combustion in the front section, mixing and discharging hot gas in the back section. The whole is mainly composed of four parts, which are successively the combustion chamber section, the diffusion mixing chamber section, the hot flue gas outlet and the ash and slag discharge bucket.
2. The burner adopts the adjustable swirl flow structure, which absorbs the advantages of various pulverized coal nozzles at home and abroad. The burner head adopts one and two times the wind expansion, the secondary wind rotation and the adjustable blunt body structure, so that the length and thickness of the flame can be adjusted, the rigidity is strong, the spread is good, and the combustion is stable, the radiation ability is strong, the combustion speed is fast, and the heating is uniform. Energy saving effect is remarkable.
3. Adopt automatic control, that is, according to the temperature of the furnace as the target automatically adjust the circulation air volume, to the user equipment outlet temperature as the target automatically adjust the amount of coal and combustion air volume, so that the whole equipment is always in the most reasonable state of operation.
4. Touch screen centralized display of various process parameters, alarm parameters, real-time display of the operation of the entire system, simplify field control, centralized disk, reduce fault points, improve reliability.
5. Natural gas or light diesel is used as the ignition medium. After normal ignition operation, the furnace temperature is raised to 4001 and then pulverized coal is put in to ensure the success rate of ignition and its stationarity.
