SNCR is selective non-catalytic reduction denitration technology. This is a without the use of catalyst, the amino containing reducing agent (such as ammonia, urea solution, etc.) directly into 850-1100°C high temperature flue gas, under high temperature conditions, the reducing agent first decomposed into NH3 and other byproducts; After that, NOx in the flue gas and NF% generated by decomposition further occur REDOX reaction, NOx reduction in the flue gas is removed, and clean denitrification technology of nitrogen and water is generated.
System composition: SNCR denitration system mainly includes reducing agent conveying system, distribution system, metering system, secondary distribution system, injection system.
SNCR denitration technology advantages:
SNCR technology is one of the main technology of flue gas denitrification, denitrification cost is low, the process is simple.
1. Simple system: there is no need to change the equipment setting of the existing boiler, and only need to increase ammonia or urea storage tank, ammonia or urea injection device and its injection port on the basis of the existing coal-fired boiler, the system structure is relatively simple;
2. Small investment in the system: low cost. Due to the simplicity of the system and the fact that only cheap urea or liquid ammonia is needed instead of expensive catalysts in operation, the operation cost is low;
3. Small resistance: small impact on the normal operation of the boiler;
4. The system covers a small area: the smaller ammonia tank (urea storage tank) is required, which can be placed on the steel frame of the boiler without the need for additional area.
NOx emission concentration: ≤50mg/Nm3
Denitration efficiency: 60%
Ammonia escape rate: ≤8ppm
