Chemical gypsum is the waste discharged by human beings in the process of production and environmental treatment, mainly including phosphogypsum discharged from the production of phosphoric acid, desulfurization gypsum discharged from power plant flue gas desulfurization. These two kinds of chemical gypsum are powdery, the appearance is generally gray and yellow, the relative density is 2.22 ~ 2.3 F, the bulk density is 0.733 ~ 0.88g/cm3, the particle diameter is generally 10 ~ 60um; the main ingredient is calcium sulfate dihydrate (CaSO4·2H2O), its content can reach 80 ~ 96%; β -Caso4 ·1/2H2O can be made into β -caso4 ·1/2H2O after drying and calcination. After reprocessing can be made into gypsum ball cement retarder, gypsum board, new wall plastering materials and other building gypsum products.
Our company cooperate with related design institute, developed new technology of chemical gypsum calcinations and provide the main calcining equipment by our company, now has been successfully completed by using phosphorus gypsum and desulfurization gypsum 100000 tons/year and more than 300000 tons/year production line, solve the problem of industrial waste residue pile up and pollution, waste, having remarkable economic and social benefits; It opens up an effective way for the utilization of chemical gypsum.
(1)This technology adopts reasonable technology, rapid dynamic calcination and dehydrating method to produce building gypsum powder, with large yield and low energy consumption, and complete the whole process of drying, calcination and crushing at one time without crushing. It overcomes the disadvantages of slow frying technology and is suitable for industrial large-scale production. The problems of phosphogypsum industrial waste residues and environmental protection were solved;
