In the process of sugar production, a huge amount of alcohol waste liquor, filter mud, alcohol waste liquor boiler flushing water and cane pulp waste pollutants are inevitably produced every year. Sludge filtration can be made into organic biological fertilizer through biological fermentation process, which can be used as the base fertilizer of sugarcane, incense coke, fruit trees, melon, grain and oil, vegetables, tea, flowers, potatoes, tobacco, forage, etc., forming a circular economy.
Before fermentation, the moisture of filter mud is up to 70%, which needs to be pre-dried. After fermentation, it also needs to be dried before entering the finished product warehouse of fertilizer. The hot stove is the key equipment for drying and heating, which determines the drying yield and quality of fertilizers. At present, our company uses the patented rotary dryer equipped with boiling furnace for the drying of sugar filter mud fertilizer. The unique blocking device, high productivity and remarkable energy saving effect have won the praise of noble sugar, southern sugar and phoenix sugar, and published the promotion paper on the "Sugar industry" journal.
